The client sends the watch through secure, insured shipping. Upon arrival, we document the condition with video and a full intake report.
After gemstone selection and design approval, we provide a digital mockup for final confirmation.
Our expert jewelers then hand-set each stone using precision tools to ensure the movement and water resistance are not compromised.
Once finished, the watch is cleaned, polished, and returned with:

The Custom Grillz Creation Process and Client Options

1. Consultation & Design Selection
We begin with a one-on-one consultation to define:

2. Dental impression made by the client at a dental clinic
The client visits a dentist or orthodontist and requests a high-precision dental mold (alginate or silicone).
The impression must be physical, clean, and accurate.
Once completed, the client ships it to us securely, along with contact details.
After we receive it, we 3D-scan the mold and begin digital modeling of the grillz.

3. Grillz production
The design is digitally shaped and cast in the selected metal.
Stones (if requested) are carefully hand-set.
Final polishing and detailing is done manually.
Before shipping, we send detailed photos of the finished grillz.
4. Delivery & certification
The finished grillz are sanitized and shipped in a custom presentation box.
